Marcella's Boutique accepts and will bill directly most major medical insurance companies including Medicare, Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, UPMC and Geisinger Health Plan.  A Certificate of Medical Necessity is required to dispense our products.  We will work with your doctor to obtain this documentation.

Before Surgery:

We offer pre-surgery consultations to help explain options available for immediately following a mastectomy.  Most insurances cover a surgical camisole which will provide for your needs post-surgery.

Post Surgery:

Schedule a private appointment with our trained consultant to be fitted for a weighted prosthesis and choose from our large selection of bras.  This appointment is usually 4-6weeks after surgery and is determined by your physician as to when you are healed enough to be fitted.

Lumpectomy Solutions:

Fittings for a partial breast form (if needed) and bras are available to give you the best look possible after surgery.
